By joining this session, you agree to let the organizer record video and take photos of you, and to use that footage to promote the court. If this court also uses AI to review the recording, still pictures from your video are sent to Vercel AI Gateway, then Google (Vertex AI). This may happen outside the Philippines, where a computer program automatically finds the most exciting rallies. This happens automatically, without a person reviewing the pictures, and the AI does not try to work out who you are — it only rates how exciting a rally looks. Those pictures are deleted as soon as the computer is done with them, and never later than when your video is deleted. Vercel and Google may briefly hold their own copy while they process it, under their own privacy rules. Your video is available for you to watch or download for 7 days after it's recorded, then it's automatically deleted. Any AI rating still linked to your match, booking, session, or court is deleted within a day after that. After that we only keep general statistics, not tied to you or any match, so we can check how well the AI is working. You can ask us to stop using your recordings this way, see what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just contact us.
